1. No pets, smoking, or littering within the premises.
2. Players are not allowed in the bar area.
3. Maximum of 30 persons (including players and guests).
4. The court is for basketball use only. Please bring your own ball.
5. No standing by or loitering after games.
6. Street parking only — first come, first served.
7. Full payment is required upon reservation.
8. Management reserves the right to cancel bookings if necessary.
9. In case of double booking, guests may choose an alternative schedule or receive a full refund.
10. No reschedule will be allowed if players are incomplete on game day.
11. Full payment will be forfeited for no-shows.
12. Reschedule requests must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled game.

Rain Policy:
• If it rains before the scheduled game time on game day, the booking will be rescheduled at no cost.
• If rain occurs during play and the total playtime is less than 30 minutes, the booking will be rescheduled at no cost.
• If rain occurs and the total playtime is more than 30 minutes, it will be counted as one (1) hour of play.
(Guests will only pay for one hour; the remaining balance may be rescheduled or refunded.)
