Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Records Management - Maintain and organize confidential employee files     and documentation.
  • Policy Implementation -Help ensure company policies and HR procedures are followed consistently.
  • HR Administration - Provide general support in day-to-day HR operations and internal communications.
  • Employee Engagement - Participate in initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and improve morale.

Key Qualifications

  • Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business     Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills for effective     employee interaction.
  • Organizational Ability - High attention to detail and efficiency in managing records and HR tasks.
  • Computer Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Adaptability - Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work     environment.
  • Mobility - Willingness to perform field work and support on-site HR activities as needed.
