Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware troubleshooting - resolve employee computer and device issues.
  • Software installation - install and update programs needed by staff.
  • Account and access support - assist with email, system logins, and permission.
  • Network support - address connectivity issues within the office.
  • Technical documentation - record user issues and resolutions for tracking.

Key Qualifications

  • IT/Computer Science graduate - educational background in IT or related field.
  • Hardware & software knowledge - able to handle common employee tech issues.
  • Basic networking skills - understands office network setup and connectivity.
  • Problem-solving skills - quickly identifies and resolves user concerns.
  • Good  communication - can assist employees clearly and professionally.
