Key Responsibilities
Hardware troubleshooting
- resolve employee computer and device issues.
Software installation
- install and update programs needed by staff.
Account and access support
- assist with email, system logins, and permission.
Network support
- address connectivity issues within the office.
Technical documentation
- record user issues and resolutions for tracking.
Key Qualifications
IT/Computer Science graduate
- educational background in IT or related field.
Hardware & software knowledge
- able to handle common employee tech issues.
Basic networking skills
- understands office network setup and connectivity.
Problem-solving skills
- quickly identifies and resolves user concerns.
Good communication
- can assist employees clearly and professionally.
