Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery scheduling - Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate shipments
  • Shipment tracking - Monitor the status of deliveries and provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Driver, supplier & customer coordination - Act as the central point of contact between drivers, suppliers, and customers to streamline operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Logistics/supply chain experience - Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles is required.
  • Organizational & problem-solving skills - Ability to manage schedules and resolve issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication & multitasking - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Logistics software & MS Office proficiency - Comfortable using tools like Excel and logistics or delivery tracking systems.
  • Fast-paced environment adaptability - Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations or tight delivery timelines.
