Aircon Technician and Maintenance Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of Units - Install air conditioning systems in commercial or office environments according to layout plans.
• Preventive Maintenance - Conduct regular cleaning, inspection, and servicing of aircon units to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting - Diagnose and repair issues such as gas leaks, faulty parts, or low cooling efficiency.
• Parts Replacement - Replace worn-out components such as compressors, motors, or filters as needed.
• Safety Compliance - Folow safety protocols when handling electrical components or refrigerants.‍
• Service Reporting - Record all maintenance activities and report findings to the supervisor or facilities team.

Key Qualifications

• Technical Experience – At least 1–2 years of experience in aircon installation and servicing.
• Electrical Know-how – Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and controls related to AC units.
• Physical Fitness – Can lift, move, and install units; comfortable working in hot or confined spaces.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Able to diagnose and fix technical issues quickly and efficiently.
