Key Responsibilities

  • Canvassing & Supplier Selection - Prepare canvass sheets and compare quotations to identify the best supplier.
  • Purchase Order Management - Draft and process purchase orders and secure internal approvals.
  • Delivery Monitoring - Track and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
  • Supplier Coordination - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; resolve pricing and delivery concerns.
  • Record Management - Maintain organized and updated records of purchases, documents, and supplier information.

Key Qualifications

  • Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.
  • Procurement Experience - At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement (preferred).
  • Negotiation Skills - Ability to negotiate prices, contracts, and terms effectively.
  • Software Proficiency - Skilled in Microsoft Excel and purchasing-related software or systems.
  • Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal communication when dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills - Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
