Key Responsibilities
- Client background checking - Review and verify submitted client documents, ensuring validity and completeness for account approval.
- Application preparation - Organize and process client applications, ensuring all forms and requirements are accurate and ready for submission.
- Quotation assistance - Help prepare and format quotations based on client needs and company pricing policies.
- Bank coordination - Contact banks to confirm financial qualifications of clients, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Sales documentation support - Maintain updated client records, organize sales files, and assist the sales team with follow-ups and reporting.
Key Qualifications
- Administrative or sales support experience - Previous work in admin roles, particularly those supporting sales or finance teams, is preferred.
- Attention to detail - Accuracy and thoroughness in processing documents and handling client records are essential.
- Strong communication skills - Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for internal and external coordination.
- Discretion and confidentiality - Ability to handle sensitive client data with professionalism and integrity.
- Technical proficiency - Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with CRM or sales tracking software.
- Finance/banking exposure (advantage) - Experience or knowledge in credit evaluation, banking procedures, or financial background checking is a plus.
