Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough background checks on potential clients, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted and validated.
Organize and prepare client applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
Assist in preparing accurate quotations for client orders based on pricing guidelines and client requirements.
Contact banks to verify client financial qualifications and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records, update databases, and support the sales team with documentation and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document processing.
✔️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
✔️ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
✔️ Experience in finance, banking, or credit verification is a plus.
