Key Responsibilities

  • Customer assistance - Help customers with product selection, provide accurate information, and     deliver excellent service.
  • Product knowledge - Stay informed about current product features, prices, and promotions to     confidently answer customer inquiries.
  • Sales supprt - Assist the sales team in meeting sales goals by contributing to lead generation, upselling, and customer engagement.

Job Qualifications

  • Retail or customer service experience - Previous experience in sales, retail, or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Communication skills - Strong verbal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Multitasking and adaptability - Able to handle multiple customers or tasks in a fast-paced work     environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude - Positive, polite, and professional behavior when dealing with customers.
