Sewer/Seamstress

Key Responsibilities

• Sewing Operation - Operate industrial or manual sewing machines to assemble garments or fabric products.
• Pattern Following - Follow design patterns, measurements, or instructions for each sewing task.
• Quality Inspection - Check each item for defects, misalignment, or stitching issues before and after sewing.
• Fabric Handling - Cut, align, and prepare fabrics properly to ensure precision.
• Machine Maintenance - Clean and maintain sewing equipment to ensure proper function.
• Production Support - Assist in meeting production targets and deadlines.

Key Qualifications

• Sewing Experience - Prior experience as a sewer, tailor, or garment worker is preferred.
• Machine Knowledge - Ability to operate various sewing machines.
• Attention to Detail - High level of precision and quality awareness in stitching and fabric handling.
• Hand-Eye Coordination - Excellent motor skills for consistent sewing output.
