Key Responsibilities
- Sewing Operation - Operate industrial or manual sewing machines to assemble garments or fabric products.
- Pattern Following - Follow design patterns, measurements, or instructions for each sewing task.
- Quality Inspection - Check each item for defects, misalignment, or stitching issues before and after sewing.
- Fabric Handling - Cut, align, and prepare fabrics properly to ensure precision.
- Machine Maintenance - Clean and maintain sewing equipment to ensure proper function.
- Production Support - Assist in meeting production targets and deadlines.
Key Qualifications
- Sewing Experience - Prior experience as a sewer, tailor, or garment worker is preferred.
- Machine Knowledge - Ability to operate various sewing machines.
- Attention to Detail - High level of precision and quality awareness in stitching and fabric handling.
- Hand-Eye Coordination - Excellent motor skills for consistent sewing output.
- Time Management - Ability to follow production schedules and manage work efficiently.
- Team Player - Willing to work with others in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
