Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and reconciliations
✅ Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy
✅ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
✅ Analyze financial statements and provide insights for decision-making
✅ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
✅ Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits
Job Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus)
✔️ Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a senior accounting role
✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
✔️ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel)
✔️ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
