Key Qualifications
- Relevant sales experience -Background in sales, especially in printing or consumables, is highly preferred.
- Printing knowledge - Familiarity with large-format printers and related products is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills - Capable of explaining technical products clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Goal-driven mindset - Motivated to achieve sales goals and deliver consistent results.
- Team and independent work - Able to collaborate with a team and also perform independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Client relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the printing industry to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Consumables sales - Promote and sell consumable products such as inks, media, and coatings used in large-format printing.
- Needs assessment - Identify client needs and recommend appropriate consumable solutions based on usage and equipment.
- Sales performance - Strategically approach sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Technical support - Provide product knowledge, usage guidance, and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
