Key Responsibilities

  • Field prospecting - Visit areas to identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Product/serv ice promotion - Present and promote products or services tailored to customer needs on-site.
  • Client relationship building - Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat clients.
  • Sales achievement - Consistently hit or exceed sales targets through active fieldwork and engagement.
  • Reporting and feedback - Submit sales updates, field reports, and market feedback to management regularly.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or marketing - Background in field selling or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills - Excellent in-person communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated - and goal-oriented - Can work independently in the field while staying focused on targets.
  • Adaptability and initiative - Comfortable working in various locations and handling different customer situations.
  • Physically fit and mobile - Willing and able to travel for fieldwork, area saturations, and client visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe and timely delivery - Drive company vehicles and deliver items to designated locations while ensuring on-time and secure transport.
  • Loading and unloading - Handle delivery items carefully, assisting in the efficient loading and unloading of goods
  • Document and payment handling - Collect delivery receipts, payments, or related documents as instructed.
  • Compliance with road regulations - Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
  • Vehicle maintenance - Perform basic checks and cleaning to maintain the vehicle in good working condition.

Job Qualification

  • Valid driver's license - Must hold a license with restriction codes A1, A2, B1, B2, and C.
  • Relevant experience - Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or driving is preferred but not required.
  • Physical fitness - Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy items during deliveries.
  • Route knowledge - Familiarity with delivery routes, locations, and efficient driving practices is a plus.
  • Professional attitude - Punctual, responsible, and a good team player with a positive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-site installation and servicing - Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution - Diagnose machine problems and provide effective on-site solutions to reduce downtime.
  • Preventive maintenance - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment issues and ensure performance reliability.
  • Client Demo and assistance - Educate end users on proper operation, usage, and troubleshooting of machines during client visits.
  • Technical reporting - Complete service reports and communicate field findings to the technical support team for proper documentation and follow-up.

Job Qualification

  • Technical background - Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
  • Relevant field experience - Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic skills - Capable of resolving both hardware and software issues on-site under time pressure.
  • Willingness to travel - Must be open to frequent field assignments and client visits across various locations.
  • Independence and communication - Can work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
