Key Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Experience in sales or marketing - Background in field selling or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills - Excellent in-person communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated - and goal-oriented - Can work independently in the field while staying focused on targets.
• Adaptability and initiative - Comfortable working in various locations and handling different customer situations.
• Physically fit and mobile - Willing and able to travel for fieldwork, area saturations, and client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance and repairs - Perform scheduled upkeep and basic repairs on building facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• System inspections - Troubleshoot and inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems for functionality and safety.
• Safety compliance - Follow maintenance protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations within the workplace.
• Responsive support - Attend to urgent maintenance requests and resolve facility issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Record keeping Maintain logs of all maintenance work, inspections, and repair activities for future reference.

Job Qualifications

• Educational background - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience - Previous experience in general maintenance or related fields is preferred.
• Technical skills - Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Tool proficiency - Capable of operating various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
