Key Responsibilities

• Safe and timely delivery - Drive company vehicles and deliver items to designated locations while ensuring on-time and secure transport.
• Loading and unloading - Handle delivery items carefully, assisting in the efficient loading and unloading of goods
• Document and payment handling - Collect delivery receipts, payments, or related documents as instructed.
• Compliance with road regulations - Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
• Vehicle maintenance - Perform basic checks and cleaning to maintain the vehicle in good working condition.

Job Qualification

• Valid driver's license - Must hold a license with restriction codes A1, A2, B1, B2, and C.
• Relevant experience - Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or driving is preferred but not required.
• Physical fitness - Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy items during deliveries.
• Route knowledge - Familiarity with delivery routes, locations, and efficient driving practices is a plus.
• Professional attitude - Punctual, responsible, and a good team player with a positive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts management - Process and monitor accounts receivables and payables to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Payment and collection tracking - Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, collections, and disbursements for proper cash flow oversight.
• Treasury support - Assist in managing cash flow, funding requirements, and treasury-related activities of the branch.
• Financial reporting - Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to support accurate branch accounting.
• Regulatory and policy compliance - Ensure all financial activities follow company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
• Coordination with teams and partners - Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to complete financial processes and resolve issues.

Job Qualifications

• Educational background - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Relevant experience - Background in receivables, payables, or treasury functions is an     advantage.
• Software proficiency - Skilled in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Analytical skills - Strong ability to interpret financial data and solve accounting-related problems.
• Accuracy and integrity - High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality andcompliance.

• Logistics/supply chain experience - Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles is required.
• Organizational & problem-solving skills - Ability to manage schedules and resolve issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Communication & multitasking - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Logistics software & MS Office proficiency - Comfortable using tools like Excel and logistics or delivery tracking systems.
• Fast-paced environment adaptability - Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations or tight delivery timelines.

• Shipment tracking - Monitor the status of deliveries and provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams.
• Driver, supplier & customer coordination - Act as the central point of contact between drivers, suppliers, and customers to streamline operations.
