Key Responsibilities

• Stock receiving and storage - Accept and inspect incoming deliveries, and store items properly in     designated areas.
• Order preparation - Pick, pack, and prepare items accurately for dispatch according to order     specifications.
• Loading and unloading - Safely handle goods during delivery arrivals and outgoing shipments.
• Inventory handling - Maintain accurate stock records and participate in regular inventory checks.
• Warehouse upkeep - Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience - Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is a     plus.
• Equipment handling - Knowledge or certification in operating forklifts or similar equipment is     an advantage.
• Physical capability - Able to lift, move, and carry heavy items safely and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented - Follows processes carefully to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.

• Inventory documentation - Record inventory transactions accurately in the system and maintain proper documentation.
• Physical inspections - Perform regular physical stock counts to support inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Team coordination - Work with warehouse personnel to manage proper item flow, storage, and dispatch.
• Issue reporting - Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the  warehouse supervisor promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Educational background - Graduate of Supply Chain, Office Administration, or any related course.
• Warehouse or inventory experience - Prior experience in logistics, inventory control, or stock monitoring is an advantage.
• System knowledge - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic inventory software.
• Physical fitness - Capable of performing stock checks, including standing, lifting, or inspecting goods.
• Teamwork and independence - Able to work both independently and effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
