Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock verification - Check and validate incoming and outgoing items to ensure quantity and quality match records.
  • Inventory documentation - Record inventory transactions accurately in the system and maintain proper documentation.
  • Physical inspections - Perform regular physical stock counts to support inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
  • Team coordination - Work with warehouse personnel to manage proper item flow, storage, and dispatch.
  • Issue reporting - Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the  warehouse supervisor promptly.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational background - Graduate of Supply Chain, Office Administration, or any related course.
